The Jeddah Urban Development and Real Estate Investment Event - Cityscape Jeddah 2013 opened yesterday and has attracted a big contingent of regional and local real estate professionals and investors. The total participation is expected to be extremely high for the three days and is expected to include investors from all over the Kingdom.

We were very pleased to welcome HRH PRINCE MISHA'AL BIN MAJED BIN ABDULAZIZ, GOVERNOR OF JEDDAH who inaugurated the event yesterday and visited our exhibitors. I would like to personally thank him for his attendance and we appreciate his ongoing support for our event.

Alongside the exhibition, the Residential & Affordable Housing Summit took place yesterday to great success, with a large audience engaging in debate and discussion about the Kingdom's demand for residential development and particularly affordable housing. With a shortage of supply of such housing coupled with the impending mortgage law, there was much fervent discussion amongst experts and protagonists.

The Jeddah Urban Development and Real Estate Investment Event - Cityscape Jeddah 2013 closes tomorrow night (4 March 2013) at 9pm, register onsite from 11am onwards to be part of the largest gathering of real estate professionals in Saudi Arabia.
