AQARAT Real estate Development Co. Ltd., member of Omar Kassem Alesayi, successfully sold more than 75% of Jeddah Warehouses located on the South Corniche’ Road. 

Eng. Abdulhadi Alrasheedi, Executive Manager of Aqarat, considered the customer attraction achieved by the scheme, reflects the strength of the Saudi economy which continues to record a series of high success in a time the world economy is suffering from recession. He added, this achievement also proves, in the same time, the strength of Real Estate sector in Saudi Arabia and the high demand on Real Estate products including industrial products which shows the high demand of the country to nationalize this particular sector on wide basis.

Eng. Abdul Hadi Alrasheedi believes that the Real Estate sector in Saudi Arabia has some special attraction, not found in other parts of the world. Examples include the demand is real for all kind of Real Estate products including residential, commercial, industrial, and touristic. Eng. Alrasheedi illustrated that, this success and the public response encouraged Aqarat to expedite the execution of quality real estate projects in Jeddah, Makkah, Medina and Taif along with other cities.  Eng. Alrasheedi also disclosed, seven other new projects; which the company is planning to launch during the current year. 

Aqarat recently launched Jeddah Warehouses project for sale in the south west of Jeddah city on the South Corniche Road. The prices were competitive starting from SR480/m2 with plot areas starting from 2,000m2 to 3,500m2.
