AQARAT Real Estate Development company (a subsidiary of Omar Kassem Alesayi Group Companies) Won the bid to invest and develop the scheme of Crown Prince number "6" grant in Makkah Al Mukarramah, the development contract was signed with His Excellency the Secretary of the Holy City on 22/03/2009 p.m. within Makkah exhibition for Real Estate & construction 2009.
